Most offers are good for bookings made both in Canada and elsewhere. The following deals will bump up your rewards balance by thousands of miles.

    Through August 31, Best Western is rewarding guests with 2,000 Air Canada miles for every stay. Make sure you’ve chosen Aeroplan as your preferred earning partner, and give your membership number to the front desk when you check in.

    Fairmont Hotels & Resorts

    Also through the end of August, Fairmont Hotels & Resorts will give guests 1,000 Aeroplan miles for every qualified stay. Fairmont is running a parallel promotion, called Unforgettable Moments, that you can use in combination with this offer. You will get you up to 20 percent off on your stay, or a free night.

    Marriott (Canada only)

    Marriott is offering 500 miles per night, up to a maximum of 1,500 miles, for stays at select hotels in Canada. The full list of participating locations is here. You’ll also earn two miles per dollar spent on your room. This offer is good through September 7.

    Choice Hotels

    Through September 7, you can earn triple miles from Choice Hotels and Air Canada. The base rate of 250 Aeroplan miles per stay is upped to 750 miles, which will give your rewards account a nice boost. If you’re a Choice Privileges member, make sure your earning preference is set to Air Canada/Aeroplan.

    Rocketmiles

    First-time users of the mobile app and hotel booking website Rocketmiles will be rewarded with 10,000 bonus miles for their first booking. That’s in addition to the 1,000 to 5,000 miles you’ll earn per night when you use this service. Rocketmiles lets you search hotels around the globe and earn thousands of miles for every stay. This offer is good through September 30.

    Keep in mind that you can use your Aeroplan miles on Air Canada flights or on its partner airlines. Air Canada is a member of the Star Alliance, which has 28 member airlines, including United Airlines, Air China, EgyptAir and Lufthansa.
