Southwest frequent flyers have the ability to collect hundreds of reward points when they join e-Rewards, a program that allows members to earn rewards in exchange for completing surveys and sharing their opinions. By signing up for e-Rewards, Southwest Rapid Rewards members will automatically be eligible to earn 500 points.

In order to earn points with e-Rewards, you need to enroll here. As a welcome offer, e-Rewards will give you 500 points after completing your first survey. In order to qualify for this offer, your first survey must be completed within three months of the date you enrolled.

After receiving the 500-point enrollment bonus, you can still continue using e-Rewards to earn additional Rapid Rewards points. By joining e-Rewards, you become a member of its market research panel, where you have the opportunity to participate in research such as online and mobile surveys, focus groups, product tests and more.

As an e-Rewards member, you can choose form a wide variety of market research activities offered by e-Rewards. In exchange for completing these activities, you will be awarded with e-Rewards currency. That currency can be saved over time, and exchanged for Rapid Rewards points.
