Goduhina said the products can save businesses a lot of money. “A lot of costs obviously come from the scale: the denser the system, the more automation is needed to reduce labor and corporate IT costs. With ONLYOFFICE, this process becomes easier.” The price of the SaaS solution depends on the number of team members, and starts from $1 a user per month. Goduhina said, “As for the server solution, we offer a lifetime subscription with one year of regular updates and support. Those prices start from $600. There is also a free server version – Community Edition – for teams up to 20 members. The desktop and mobile apps of ONLYOFFICE are provided free of charge.”

    ONLYOFFICE offers a calendar, which allows a user to schedule appointments and keep track of deadlines. The spreadsheet editor helps a user organize data and offers approximately 400 formulas to make calculations. In addition, the documents module allows a user to store and share files. You can also edit and collaborate on them anytime, anywhere thanks to the company’s Android and iOS apps.

    The company also features ONLYOFFICE Personal for personal users. This includes a set of tools for document editing, spreadsheets and presentations, along with a document management platform. “The great thing is that you can connect all the cloud storage services you use, like Dropbox, Box, OneDrive, Nextcloud, etc., and organize a single workspace for all your docs stored there,” stated Goduhina.
